O R D E R
% 18.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the kalandra under Section 107/151 Cr. P.C. was filed on 21.07.2015 on which an order passed was on 22.07.2015 by the learned Special Executive Magistrate, whereby the petitioner was sent to judicial custody. The petitioners, however, were released on 23.07.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the period of bail bond has already expired and the petitioner has already been discharged, he does not wish to press the present petition with liberty to claim compensation for the detention vide order dated 22.07.2015.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is made clear that the present order will not come in the way of the petitioner to have remedies, as available under law. With aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
