The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to take action on the representation dated 24.12.2021 given by the Petitioner to the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in a time bound period.
b. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to conduct forensic audit of the financial records of Respondent No. 2.
c. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. I to conduct an enquiry into the registration documents of all Affiliated State Units of the Respondent No. 2 which also forms part of electoral college of Respondent No. 2. d. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing withdrawal or suspension of recognition of Respondent no.2 committee due to the serious irregularities in its functioning and misrepresentation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

e. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing the conduct legal enquiry against Respondent no.3, and Respondent No. 4 for the acts done as office-bearers of the Respondent no.2 committee for serious irregularities, mismanagement and misconduct within the Respondent no. 2 Committee which is in violation to the National Sports Code 201.1, the Bye-laws of the Respondent no.2 and the Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960.
f. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing appointment of Administrator to look into the affairs of the Respondent No. 2 pending the enquiry to be conducted by the Respondent No. 1. g. Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 Committee to award financial compensation to the Petitioner and other affected Para-athletes for the inconveniences caused at the 19th National Para-Athletics Championship 2020-2021 till the pendency of this Writ Petition.
h. pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.
It appears that the fundamental grievance raised by the petitioner relates to various alleged illegalities in paralympic Committee of India. It is the case of the petitioner that the paralympic Committee of India is acting in violation of the terms and conditions and of Government guidelines. There does not seem to be any adjudication on the said complaint. After filing of the complaint, sufficient time has elapsed. If the petitioner has any persistent grievance, an appropriate representation can be made to the concerned Ministry.

If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the concerned Ministry in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of.

Needless to state that if the grievance of the petitioner is not mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
