% 10.01.2020 CM APPL. 296/2020 The costs of Rs.20,000/- may be deposited with the office of the District Magistrate, South MB Road, South Delhi in order to defray the expenses of the Tehsildar, Mehrauli, who has been appointed as the Returning Officer for conducting the elections. Application is disposed of.

CM APPL. 807/2020 Ld. counsel for the Petitioners has handed over some documents today to the ld. counsel for the Respondents, including the audited financial statement of the Society and the enrolment of members to show that only three members have been enrolled in November, 2019. If there are any outstanding grievances, the parties are permitted to approach the Local Commissioner - Justice S.P. Garg (Retd.).

Insofar as organising of the Lohri festival is concerned, no further orders are called for as this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in such social functions. If there are any grievances with respect to misuse of funds of the society, the same shall be raised before the Returning Officer Application is disposed of.
