% 28.01.2020 Petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 382/2013, registered at police station Shakarpur, Delhi for the offences under Sections 451/323/341/506/308/34 IPC.

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State informs that charge-sheet in this case has already been filed. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application on the ground that he will urge the pleas taken herein before the learned trial court, while seeking liberty to approach this Court if he is aggrieved by the order.

In view of the aforesaid, the applications stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
