The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that proceedings for insolvency have been admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and there is moratorium in respect of proceedings initiated against the respondents company in terms of Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

In view of the same, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is clarified that the direction to the respondents to remove their equipments from the towers would be complied with. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MAY 28, 2018/MK
