The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to immediately inspect the property bearing No. 6088-89, Block No. 2, Gali No. 1, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi;

b) Direct Respondent No.1 to stop the ongoing illegal demolition and construction activities being carried out by Respondent No.2; c) Direct Respondent No.1 to ensure that no further construction activity is carried out at the site without proper sanction;" 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD submits that the property has been inspected and, in the inspection, it was found that private respondent no.2 is in the process of demolishing the subject property, for which no permission or approval is required from MCD. 3.

withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take appropriate remedies available in law.
