% 28.01.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking parole for two months. Petitioner is undergoing sentence in FIR No. 285/2014, registered at police station Lahori Gate, Delhi for committing offences under Sections 392/397/34 IPC.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that an application for similar relief was made by petitioner's father to the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor but no reply has been received thereto. Upon notice, learned counsel appearing for respondent/State submits that the said application shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within four weeks.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition.
