By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of two months to meet his family, to maintain social ties and arrangements of marriage of his daughter. 2.

It is submitted by the learned ASC for the State that the petitioner will be completing one year of the sentence on 10.3.2020. As per status report, the address of the petitioner has been verified. 3.

In these facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of six weeks, from the date of his release, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant. 4.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for

compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
