The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Ms. Anisha. 2.

Ms. Anisha has appeared before us in person. She submits that she, out of her own freewill and volition, has married Mr. Vinit Kumar and is happily staying with him. We have also interacted with her parents, including the petitioner herein. petitioner to look for the education certificates of Ms. Anisha, which she states she left behind at her parental house. He has assured us that he will look for those certificates and if found, will return the same to the girl.

In view of the fact that Ms. Anisha, who is a major, is staying with Mr. Vinit Kumar out of her own freewill and volition, no further orders are required to be passed in this present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
