% 12.02.2016 This is a suit for partition having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores and the immovable property qua which partition is being sought falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Central District. Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 11th July, 2016. Date, if any, fixed earlier before this court, stands cancelled. It is however informed by ld. counsels for the parties that evidence in this matter is to be recorded before the ld. Court Commissioner. The Registry is accordingly directed to make the files available to the ld. Court Commissioner for the purpose of evidence, till the date the matter is not being transferred.
