The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0587/2019 under Sections 195A/308/323/354/354-B/506/509/34 of the IPC registered with PS Aman Vihar.

The said FIR was recorded in view of an incident that had occurred on 04.11.2019. The said FIR was lodged at the instance of one Ms P (name concealed).

Ms Chauhan has shown the case file brought by the Investigating Officer (IO). This includes photographs from the CCTV footage. In the

photographs, the petitioner is seen standing witnessing a fight between some persons. He is not seen participating in the said fight. 6.

In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition and grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- and two sureties of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the IO. This is also subject to the petitioner joining the investigation and appearing before the IO on 29.01.2020 at 4:00 PM. In the event the IO finds any other material that requires the petitioner to be arrested, he is at liberty to apply. 7.

The petitioner shall not contact any family member of the complainant either directly or indirectly or try to influence the probable witnesses in any manner.
