CORAM:
JUSTICE S.MURALIDHAR JUSTICE TALWANT SINGH
O R D E R
% 28.01.2020 CM APPL. 3452/2020 (exemption)
1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
W.P.(C) 1040/2020 and CM APPL. 3451/2020 (for int. stay and directions)
2. The Petitioner is aggrieved by his "pre-mature reversion from the National Security Guards („NSG‟) to the Central Reserve Police Force („CRPF‟) without assigning any reason." The grievance is that the impugned orders were passed all of a sudden without any advance notice. Given the nature of service and considering that the impugned order is not punitive, and purely for administrative exigencies, the Court does not find any ground to interfere.
3. The petition is dismissed. The pending application is disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
TALWANT SINGH, J.
