W.P.ra 2364/2021. 2365/2021 & 2405/2021 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not press these petitions and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the same. He, however,- submits that the costs imposed by the DRAT are excessive and, therefore, prays that the same may be reduced. While dismissing the petitions as withdrawn, the costs imposed upon the petitioner are reduced from Rs.50,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- in each case. The costs be deposited within four weeks from today.
