The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to release the payment of Rs.4,69,460/- due and payable to the petitioner under Work Order dated 19th August, 2020. 2.

Mr.

Manu Chaturvedi, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that the amount claimed under the said Bill has been admitted.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/MCD to release the aforesaid amount within eight (8) weeks from today.
