The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that sufficient evidence was not found against the petitioners and Closure Report in regard to the petitioners has already been filed before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and approach this Court again in case any grievance remains in future.
