The Petitioner filed Original Application bearing no. 4935/2024 before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal while making various prayers. At the time of hearing, the Petitioner restricted her prayer to the prayer made in Clause 8.4, which reads as under : "8.4 direct the Respondents to provide a copy of her answer sheet to the Applicant; and/or"

By way of order dated 31.10.2025, the learned Tribunal directed the Petitioner to file an RTI application to obtain a copy of her answer The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The correctness of the aforesaid order is challenged in the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's RTI application for a copy of her answer sheet has been declined, and an appeal is pending before the learned Appellate Authority against the same.

Since the Petitioner consciously took a decision to restrict her prayer to only supply of a copy of the answer sheet, for which there is a remedy under Right to Information Act, 2005, this Court does not consider it appropriate to interfere at this juncture, especially since the Petitioner has already availed the remedy under the said Act. 8.
