Learned counsel for the parties state that their disputes have been settled and a settlement agreement has been signed today. A copy of the settlement agreement is handed up in Court and is taken on record. 2.

The agreement is signed by the authorised representative of M/s MIRC Electronics Ltd. (authorised by a Board Resolution dated 14.05.2024) and by the sole proprietor of the Indian Oversees Co. It is also signed by learned counsel for the parties and the learned conciliator. O.M.P. 5/2019 & connected matter.

Learned counsel for both parties state that their clients will abide by the terms of the settlement agreement.

These petitions are therefore disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to take appropriate remedies, including by way of an application for revival of these proceedings, in the event the settlement agreement is not complied with.
