Learned counsel for the parties state that their disputes have been settled and a settlement agreement has been signed today. A copy of the settlement agreement is handed up in Court and is taken on record. 2.
The agreement is signed by the authorised representative of M/s MIRC Electronics Ltd. (authorised by a Board Resolution dated 14.05.2024) and by the sole proprietor of the Indian Oversees Co. It is also signed by learned counsel for the parties and the learned conciliator. O.M.P. 5/2019 & connected matter.

Learned counsel for both parties state that their clients will abide by the terms of the settlement agreement.
