O R D E R

% 20.02.2019 Learned counsel for the appellant/claimant submits that the appellant and her father are residing at a rented accommodation. He further submits that that the claimant is facing financial hardships and requires the compensation amount for fulfilment of basic needs and to purchase of a flat. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the claimant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer of the claimant is allowed. The awarded amount is stated to have been deposited with the concerned Tribunal. Accordingly, the concerned Tribunal is directed to release the awarded amount into the savings bank account of the claimant, after due verification, as per rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of. As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
