By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of interim bail for a period of two months on medical grounds and for attending of partition proceedings qua his late father's property, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 292/2024, registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereafter 'NDPS Act').

Verification report has been handed over to the Court, and as per said report, no consultation was given to the applicant, and no family member of the applicant had visited the Hospital in question and the Hospital has expressed that its name appears to have been misused. 3.
At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application. requests that the applicant be treated at any Government Hospital. 4.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, the concerned Jail Superintendent, Tihar Jail, Delhi is directed to produce the applicant before the concerned Doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (AIIMS) on 12.05.2026, for providing necessary medical treatment to him. 5.
This Court will be informed by the concerned Jail Superintendent, whether the applicant has been taken to AIIMS or not, along with complete medical record pertaining to the applicant.

Further, the applicant is also at liberty to approach this Court on the same ground, in case need so arises.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit, in above terms. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 8.
