Petitioner impugns order dated 22.01.2020 passed by the Returning Officer where the nomination of the petitioner to the ensuing election of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has been rejected.

By judgment dated 28.01.2020 in W.P.(C)1032/2020 titled Ms.

Kiran Pal Singh Tyagi & Ors. v. State of NCT of Delhi I have held that a writ petition under Article 226 is not maintainable in view of the bar under Article 329B of the Constitution of India and Section 100 of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951. In view of the said judgment, this petition is held to be not maintainable.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
