% 03.04.2018 C.M.12475/2018 In a disposed of petition, by way of this application, a direction is sought to second respondent to decide petitioner's Representation of 27th January, 2018 (Annexure-D to this application), by a speaking order. Vide order of 14th March, 2018 (Annexure-E to this application), petitioner's letter of 28th January, 2018 has been treated to be a Representation and it stands rejected by a cryptic order. The purpose of calling upon second respondent to decide petitioner's Representation was to know as to what are the grounds on which the relief claimed by petitioner has been declined. To say the least, order of 14th March, 2018 (Annexure-E to this application) is not an effective compliance of this Court's order of 21st December, 2017 (Annexure-B to this application). At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that a fresh concise Representation would be made to first respondent/competent W.P.(C) 566/2012
authority within two weeks from today. If it is so done, then the said Representation be decided by first respondent/competent authority after providing an opportunity of hearing to petitioner, so that the Representation so made can be effectively decided. Let a speaking order on petitioner's fresh Representation be passed within a period of six weeks and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Needless to say, status quo as of today in respect of petitioner's service be maintained till two weeks after the fate of the Representation is conveyed to petitioner.
