The matter is listed on an office note, stating that there is balance accrued interest amount of Rs.1,52,990.52/-, accrued on the sum of Rs. 2,91,82,740/- which was deposited as FDR.

It is noted by order dated 23rd September 2024, that this Court had disposed of the petition by stating that the Decree Holder ('DH') had already withdrawn a sum of Rs. 1.91 crores (order mentions Rs. 1.19 crores, though it is a typographical error) and permitted Judgement Debtor ('JD') to withdraw Rs. 1 crore.

The DH did withdraw Rs. 1.91 crores, however, did not withdraw with interest.

Counsel for DH states that Rs. 1.91 crore was withdrawn pursuant to order dated 31st January 2023, however, without interest, while Rs. 1 crore The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. has since been withdrawn by JD, as confirmed by counsel, along with interest.

Accordingly, the said accrued interest amount, would be liable to be released to the DH.

Accordingly, Registry is directed that the accrued interest amount as noted above i.e. Rs.1,52,990.52/- shall be released to DH forthwith. 7.

No further directions are required in the matter. 8.
