% 01.08.2016 There are two properties involved in this petition. The first property is plot no. 6/4, Adjacent to Style Mine, Kalka Das Road, IN Ward No.1, Mehrauli, New Delhi. learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that in this property communication had been addressed to owner of the property to inform him that he has permission under Rules of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). The ASI is represented through respondent no.2. His submission is that no

permission has been granted to the owner of this property to make any repair in the aforenoted building. In view of this respondent no.1 shall take action in accordance with law.

The second property involved in this property is plot No. 6/4, Ward No.1, above HDFC Bank, 3rd Floor, Mehrauli, opposite PS Mehrauli, Delhi. Qua this property contention of respondent no.1 is that the third floor stands demolished which is illegal structure. There is only one water tank present there. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the report as aforenoted and he is not pressing this petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
