Present application has been filed by the Applicant/Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition on the ground that the prayers herein have become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner states that vide order dated 18th March, 2024, Respondent no.1 has rejected the Petitioner's claim for membership of the cooperative society. She states that the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 18th March, 2024 before the Financial Commissioner in Revision Petition No.168/2024. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue its Revision Petition being R.P.No.168/2024 before the Financial Commissioner.
