By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 320/2025, dated 13.10.2025, registered at Police Station Shahdara, District Shahdara, Delhi, under Sections 308(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Ms. Nusrat Hossain, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to move the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.

The bail application, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
