% 29.01.2020 This petition alleges that the petitioner was working as a bonded labour and claims relief under the Central Sector Scheme for Rehabilitation of Bonded Labourer.

Considering the submissions made in the petition, the respondents are directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation to them and pass an order thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. It is further made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved from the decision so taken by the respondents, it would always be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with the law.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
