Status report has been filed and the same is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners who has joined the proceedings through video-conferencing submits that he has already received the advance copy, thereof.

Registry is directed to make such status report part of record. 4.

As per said status report, the factum of marriage between the petitioners herein has been duly verified and during inquiry, the statements of petitioners was also recorded and it was found out that they both, being major, have already solemnized marriage out of their own free will, without any coercion and influence from any corner whatsoever. 5.

The requisite preventive measures have also been taken by the respondent-State by sharing mobile numbers of the Beat Staff, Division Officer and SHO of the concerned Police Station with the further direction to them to contact the police, in case of any threat or untoward incident. 6.

Learned counsel for petitioners submit that in view of the abovesaid preventive measures taken, the petitioners, at the moment, are left with no grievance in the matter and, therefore, do not press the present petition. 8.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 9.

Needless to say, the respondent-State would continue to take the abovesaid preventive measures to the satisfaction of the petitioners till the element of threat is not over.
