After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the present application, particularly, keeping in mind the fact that the applicant is involved in various other cases. She, however, submits that since the material witnesses have not supported the case of prosecution and the applicant is in custody for last more than 7 1⁄2 years, the learned Trial Court be requested to expedite the trial.

2.

It is submitted that out of 33 cited witnesses, 20 prosecution witnesses have been examined, so far.

3.

Learned APP for State assures that there would not be any delay or inaction on their part and appropriate message in this regard would be sent to the concerned APP through the concerned IO.

4.

In view of the above, present application is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Learned Trial Court is, however, requested to make best efforts to dispose of the abovesaid case, as expeditiously as possible.
