This petition has been filed by the complainant in FIR No.695/2021 registered as Police Station: Mohan Garden, New Delhi under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC') against the respondent no.2 herein, challenging the order dated 13.01.2022 enlarging the respondent no. 2 on bail in relation to the abovementioned FIR, observing that there are certain contradictions in the statement of the complainant/petitioner herein. 2.
Without, in any manner, making any comment on the observation made by the learned Trial Court in the Impugned Order, the fact remains that the respondent no.2 has been on bail since 13.01.2022. I am informed that the trial is at the stage of recording of the evidence of the complainant and is now listed on 23.01.2024 for the said purpose before the learned Trial Court.
