% 06.02.2020 In terms of proceedings dated 5.2.2020 the petitioner has been produced from the judicial custody and now the learned counsel Mr.Shakti Singh Dhakrey, Advocate, seeks discharge and is discharged in the matter.

Mr.Mantosh Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner now vide Crl.M.A. No. 2680/2020 seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application seeking liberty to seek redressal before the learned Trial Curt submitting to the effect that the chargesheet has already been filed.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.

The date 27.2.2020 is cancelled.
