The learned counsel for the appellant, however, makes a request that he intends to move an application under Order VII Rule 10A (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before the Trial Court on 06.03.2019. Both the parties shall appear or their counsel shall be available before the Trial Court.
