% 18.12.2019 Crl. M. A. 35416/2019 Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that CCTV cameras installed at the home of parties are not functional and there is a threat to respondent No.4 and her children and petitioner/husband be directed to make these cameras operational.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits these CCTC cameras were removed by fourth respondent herself, however, petitioner/ husband will make them operational within a week.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that next date before W.P.(CRL) 435/2019

mediation is 20th December, 2019.

Let parties appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for arriving at a settlement and in case the settlement fails, let this matter be placed for chamber hearing for conciliation/ settlement.
