Application stands disposed of.
CRL.M.C. 1805/2024 This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to Respondents No. 1 and 2 to execute the non-bailable warrants or attachment proceedings issued in EX. (CRL.) No. 179/2020 before learned M.M., Dwarka Court titled 'Manju Sharma & Ors. v. Vipin'. Issue notice.
Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that Respondent No. 3 has already been declared as a proclaimed offender by the Trial Court on 24.02.2024.

In my view, present petition is wholly misconceived as non bailable warrants have already been issued by the Trial Court and needless to state that the Trial Court has power and competence to execute the same. Petition is dismissed as being wholly misconceived.
