CM APPL. 6227/2019 (Delay) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 1 day in filing the appeal is condoned and the application is disposed of. MAC.APP. 225/2019 & CM APPL. 6226/2019 (Stay) Let notice be issued to all the respondents by all the modes prescribed, on the appellant taking the necessary steps, returnable on 17.07.2019.

Till then, subject to appellant depositing the entire awarded amount with interest with the concerned Tribunal within six weeks from today,

operation of the impugned Award shall remain stayed qua appellant and the amount so deposited be converted into annual Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs) with automatic renewals. It is made clear that if the aforesaid deposit is not made within the stipulated period, then this interim order shall not operate.
