Accordingly, the present applications are disposed of. FAO(OS) 32/2026, FAO(OS) (COMM) 62/2026 & FAO(OS) (COMM) 63/2026 3.
These appeals have been filed under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, challenging the common Order dated 19.02.2026 passed by learned Single Judge in O.A. No.42/2025, O.A. No. 41/2025 and O.A. No. 40/2025 filed by the Respondent No.1 in ARB.P.No.1787/2025, OMP (I) (COMM.) No. 447/2025 and OMP (I) (COMM.) No. 484/ 2025, respectively. 4.

filed till 4:00 PM of 07.02.2026. As per the High Court Rules, by 4:00 PM and there was delay of at least 01 day in filing in filing of the appeal. No delay condonation application has been filed and without condoning the delay, the learned Single Judge has allowed the appeals filed. 5.
Counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the appeals.

After some arguments, counsel for the parties agree that without going into the merits of the matter, and also without going into the issue of maintainability of the appeals, the matter may be remanded back to the learned Single Judge, where the Respondent No.1 would move an appropriate application for condoning the delay in support of his appeals, which was already filed.

The counsel for the appellant shall be at liberty to file a reply to the same in the shortest possible time, and thereafter, the learned Single Judge may decide the delay condonation application in appeals, in accordance with the law.

In view of the aforesaid, joint submission made by the parties, the impugned Order dated 19.02.2026 is set aside without going into the merits, with direction as aforesaid.
