% 05.02.2020 This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with the following prayers: "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to extend time for adjudication of the matter and passing of the Award by the Ld. Arbitrator. AND/OR Pass such other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner."

Mr.Ankit Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, conceding the fact that no time has been asked for extension of time in the prayer clause, prays that nine months be granted to the learned Arbitrator to

complete the proceedings and render the award effective from September 01, 2019. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in that regard. Accordingly, the time for the learned Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of nine months, as prayed for, effective from September 01, 2019. The petition is disposed of.
