By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 480/2025, dated 30.08.2025, lodged at Police Station Mahendra Park, under Section 137(2) the of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has handed up a status report in Court, which is taken on record. 3.
At the very outset, Ms. Arya states that the matter is fixed before the Trial Court for arguments on charge.

After some arguments, Ms Shweta Suman, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application without prejudice to the petitioner's right to move the Sessions Court at the BAIL APPLN. 1092/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. appropriate stage, however, she seeks directions for expedition of the proceedings, as according to her, the arguments on charge have not proceeded because the accused has not been produced before the Court on several dates of hearing.

In view thereof, the Trial Court is requested to ensure that proceedings progress as expeditiously as possible, having regard to the position of its Board, and age of matters pending before it. Ms. Arya assures the Court that the prosecution will also co-operate in this process. 6.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submissions.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
