"35. Considering the aforesaid discussion, in the opinion of this Court, there is no material which"

In view of the above, it is directed that paragraph 35 of the judgment dated 03.11.2025 be read as under:

"35. Considering the aforesaid discussion, in the opinion of this Court, there is no material which gives rise to grave suspicion against the accused petitioner and no purpose will be served by the continuation of the proceedings." 4.

No further orders are required to be passed.
