The present revision petition is filed under section 25B(8)of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 to impugn the order dated 30.08.2018 passed by Ms. Susheel Bala Dagar, CCJ cum ARC, Pilot Court, District Central Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in eviction petition titled as Santosh Jain V Raj Kumar Mittal whereby the application for leave to defend filed by the petitioner was dismissed as a consequence of which an eviction order was passed in respect of the tenanted premises.

Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Gurnani, Advocate for the respondent stated that the petitioner and the respondent have settled their disputes vide settlement dated 19.07.2024 recorded in the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3.
