Since the negotiation talks inter se the petitioners and the respondent no.2 have not fructified as none of them has acted in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 18.11.2025, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law under the peculiar facts and circumstances.

As such, the present petition alongwith the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
