% 18.05.2015 This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the dismissal of complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 against respondent nos. 2 and 3. Appellant remained unrepresented on 10th April, 2015. Accordingly, bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.10,000/- were issued against the appellant but the same have remained unexecuted. As per the report of Station House Officer, P.S. Chittranjan Park, house is lying locked.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
