Present public interest petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent No.1-DDA to evict various unauthorized occupants of Khasra No. 407, Mallikpur Chhawani, Delhi and to hand over the possession of the premises in their occupation to the respondent No.1-DDA, in compliance with the judgment dated 08th September, 2021 passed by the Principal District and Session Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2.

The aforesaid judgment dated 08th September, 2024 was challenged before the learned Single Judge of this Court by way of writ petitions being W.P.(C) 11420/2022 and other connected matters. The said writ petitions were dismissed by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 15th March, 2024.

A Letters Patent Appeal being LPA No. 337/2024 challenging the judgment dated 15th March, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge was dismissed by this Court on 23rd July, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for the DDA states that action in accordance with law shall be taken within four weeks. 4.
