6. The present appeal seeks to assail the order dated 24.01.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in batch of petitions including W.P.(C) 16538/2023. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that a similar appeal has already been allowed by this Court vide it's order dated 01.02.2024 by remanding the matter back to the learned Single Judge for examining the validity of the circular dated 31.10.2023.
7. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 do not dispute the said position.

Having perused the order dated 01.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 87/2024, we remand the present appeal to the learned Single Judge in terms of the directions issued in para 10 of the order passed in LPA No. 97/2024, which order will be read in conjunction with this order.
