% 30.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 were known to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which had led to registration of FIR No. 1122/2015 under Sections 324/323/34 IPC at police station Shakarpur, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Shri Gopal of police station Shakarpur. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, he is not willing to pursue the FIR any
further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
