This petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"] has been filed for interim measures of protection in respect of the amount awarded to the petitioner under an arbitral award dated 31.01.2024. Learned counsel state that proceedings under Section 34 of the Act have been filed by the respondent, and an enforcement petition has already been filed by the petitioner. 2.

The petition is therefore disposed of, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the enforcement proceedings. All remedies available to the petitioner are left open. 3.
