This is a petition seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 12 months for passing of the arbitral award. 2.
Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel appears for the respondent on behalf of Mr. Singhvi, learned ASC and has no objection to the petition being allowed.

It is stated that there are 14 claims requiring extensive evidence and hence, the delay.

For the aforesaid reasons, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for extension of time.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of 18 months w.e.f. 17.01.2024.
