The present applications under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (Old Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seek the following prayers:- "Under these circumstances it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant leave to withdraw the petition to the petitioner.

Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a separate petition has already been filed with respect to the same RC. In view of the same, he seeks to withdraw the captioned petitions without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
