A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023 has been filed with the prayer that additional Sections of BNSS be added in the FIR No.277/2020 registered under Section 323/341/34 IPC Police Station New Friends Colony and also to provide the Status Report after Protection Order dated 15.01.2025 passed in W.P (Crl.)100/2025 passed by this Court.

Learned ASC submits that Order of this Court dated 15.01.2025 has been duly complied and the Mobile numbers of Beat Constable has been provided. 5.

On a specific query, the Petitioner who is present in person submits that the mobile numbers etc. have been provided, but they are of little assistance to the Petitioner.

It is also submitted that the Chargesheet already stands filed and the matter is now posted before the learned ACJM for arguments of Charge. 7.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that in fact it is the Petitioner who is an aggressor, and gave severe beatings to Respondent No.2 on 11.02.2025, consequent to which he remained admitted in ICU. FIR No.91/2025 P.S. New Friends Colony has in fact been registered against the Petitioner. 8.

It is submitted that there is no merit in the present Petition which is liable to be rejected.

Submissions heard and record perused.

In so far as the addition of Sections in the FIR is concerned, the Chargesheet is already before the learned ACJM and the matter is pending for arguments on Charge. The Petitioner is at liberty to address the arguments and the learned ACJM naturally would frame the Charges depending upon the offences disclosed on investigations, in the Chargesheet. Therefore, no directions in this regard are required. 11.

The second relief sought is that the Status Report, in compliance of the Protection directed to be provided vide Order date 15.01.2025, be made available to the Petitioner.

It is not denied that the Mobile Number etc. as directed vide Order dated 15.01.2025 has already been provided, though, this is not to the satisfaction of the Petitioner. In fact, FIR has been registered against the Petitioner. 13.

No further directions are required.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
