1. The present writ petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 23.08.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A. No. 1719/2023.
Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the O.A. filed by the respondent by relying on the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in O.A. No. 4005/2017 titled "Rupesh Kumar Jha & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.".
2. We may note that the order passed in O.A. No. 4005/2017 was put to challenge before this Court by way of W.P.(C) 12354/2023, which writ petition stands dismissed on 29.02.2024. We, therefore, find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
