% 11.02.2019 Issue notice. Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.
The petitioner seeks extension of his parole for completion of the construction work undertaken by him apropos his property, now with the consent of his siblings. The photographs of the house, which is under construction, have been annexed to the petition. Additionally, the petitioner has to take care of his minor special child, who has been detected with Attention Hyperactivity Disorder.
In view of the above, the petitioner's parole is extended by six weeks on the same terms and conditions.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the
